Determine whether the issue is an emergency or routine maintenance. Check the emergency list below.
Fill out the maintenance request form with as much detail as possible, including photos if available.
Your Property Manager will review your request and arrange for a tradesperson to attend as soon as possible.
After-hours repairs are reserved for Emergency Repairs only as classified under the Residential Tenancies Act. An emergency repair is defined as any of the following:
