Have a maintenance issue?
It's easy to place a maintenance request — just follow the steps below and we will contact you. All repairs should be reported to your Property Manager via email during normal business hours.
Identify the Issue
Determine whether the issue is an emergency or routine maintenance. Check the emergency list below.
Complete the Form
Fill out the maintenance request form with as much detail as possible, including photos if available.
We'll Be in Touch
Your Property Manager will review your request and arrange for a tradesperson to attend as soon as possible.
Emergency Repairs
After-hours repairs are reserved for Emergency Repairs only as classified under the Residential Tenancies Act. An emergency repair is defined as any of the following:
- A burst water service or a serious water service leak
- A blocked or broken lavatory system
- A serious roof leak
- A gas leak
- A dangerous electrical fault
- Flooding or serious flood damage
- Serious storm, fire or impact damage
- A failure or breakdown of the electricity or water supply
- A failure or breakdown making premises unsafe or insecure
- A fault likely to cause injury or damage to a person or property
- A serious fault in a staircase, lift or other common area
