“Our family decided to make a move from the Northern Suburbs to Palmerston due to family and work commitments in March 2009 and with a 1 year old baby on board it seemed like a huge task at the time. We unfortunately made some bad decisions at the start and after four months of no offers and wasting a lot of money on advertising we were left scratching our heads and wandering why?
By chance Stuart Rodda at Territory Realestate gave us a call and we had known Stuart from four years ago when he worked for another company and sold us the house that we were trying to sell. Stuart listened to our concerns and gave us feedback on how our marketing strategy just wasn’t working for the type of house that we were trying to sell. Instead of the hard sell Stuart even advised us to have a break and leave the property off the market for a bit to give us some time to recover from our ordeal.

I am very pleased to write a testimonial for Mr Stuart Rodda, who was the Real Estate agent who managed the sale of our home in Darwin. Stuart is now the owner and manager of Territory Real Estate.
Before we signed a sales agreement with Stuart in August 2008 to sell our home in Wanguri as we were planning to move to Queensland after 27 years in Darwin, we asked several other agents to appraise the house and talk with us about how they would sell it. We chose Stuart as a person whom we felt we could trust. He also understood what an emotional time it was for us to sell the house in which we had lived for 27 years, in which our children had grown up, and into which we had put a lot of our own personalities and values. It seemed that there was no “humbug” with Stuart and that he would be honest and frank in advising us and in negotiating a suitable sale price. He did not disappoint us.
Since then, we have had to deal with many other agents as we have looked around several locations in South East Queensland to find the house in which we intend to spend the rest of our lives.
